Fashion Jam Essentials sends our products Australia Wide & Internationally, we aim to dispatch your order in a timely manner using Australia Post, usually within 1-4 business days. If there are any delays we will send your order Express Post within Australia only.
Products will not be posted until payment is received in full.

Exchange & Returns-

We offer 30 day hassle free exchange or returns if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase. Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving order and products must be in original condition unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.

If you need to exchange or return an item please notify us as soon as possible at info@fashionjamessentials.com.au or fill out the ‘Contact’ form on the website.

If returning for change of mind, the customer will pay return postage and only the product cost will be refunded (not original postage cost). If returning for exchange, the customer will need to pay the postage cost to have the exchanged item sent out.

If returning a product for damages or fault please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Refunds will be issued when the product has arrived and is checked by staff. Please allow up to 7 days for processing.

International Shipping & Returns

Fashion Jam Essentials can ship our products internationally, we aim to dispatch your order in a timely manner using Australia Post, usually within 1-4 business days, or courier for large bulky items. Any local import duties and taxes will need to be paid by the customer. Products will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.
