Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we offer 30-day hassle-free returns and exchanges.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
• Have all original tags attached.

🌏 International Shipping & Returns

Fashion Jam Essentials proudly ships internationally using Australia Post. For larger or bulky items, we may use an alternative courier service.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 4 business days once full payment has been received.

Please note that any import duties, customs charges or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be payable when your order arrives in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return an item, please notify us as soon as possible by visiting our Contact page or emailing info@fashionjamessentials.com.au.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all original tags attached.

For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for the return postage costs. Refunds will be issued for the product price only and do not include the original shipping costs.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to provide photographs so we can assess the issue. Once the item has been returned and inspected, we’ll arrange either a replacement or a full refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
