We proudly ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 4 business days.
If unexpected delays occur, we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
- Have all original Tags attached.
Australian Exchanges: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item to us. We’ll cover the shipping cost of your first replacement exchange back to you.
Prefer not to exchange? You can choose either a refund to your original payment method or store credit when submitting your return.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

🌏 International Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Fashion Jam Essentials proudly ships internationally using Australia Post. For larger or bulky items, we may use an alternative courier service.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 4 business days once full payment has been received.
Please note that any import duties, customs charges or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be payable when your order arrives in your country.

Returns & Exchanges
International customers can use our Return Portal to request a return, store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all original tags attached.
For returns, you can choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
For change of mind returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
For international exchanges, customers are also responsible for the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.
Free shipping on the first replacement exchange is available to Australian customers only.
Refunds are issued for the product price only and do not include the original shipping costs.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to provide photographs so we can assess the issue.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed after we receive your item.
